In this role I am responsible for creating and overseeing all of the creative output within the agency. I produce creatives for email marketing campaigns, social media campaigns, and pay-per-click campaigns. I am also involved in website consultations and redesigns. I work with and mentor a junior designer, offering help and guidance as well as delegating tasks.

As part of the senior management team, my role was to carry out all UX and UI responsibilities associated with the planning and designing of software and website interfaces. This included conducting user research through discovery phase workshops, and translating them into requirements, site maps, personas, user journey maps, wireframes, user interface designs, and interactive prototypes.

Working as part of the Communications and Marketing team, I worked on branding campaigns, designing flyers and posters, social media artwork, and artwork for digital signage around the University. I also designed presentation templates, corporate publications, animations, and was involved in many photo-manipulation projects.
2012 - 2017
Graphic Designer & Owner

In this role I worked with start-ups and SMEs, designing everything from logos to e-commerce websites. I was fully responsible for the progress and success of this business, which included B2B and B2C marketing, completing the build and upkeep of the e-commerce website, and creating content for the social media platforms. I was also involved in sublimation printing, heat pressing, and vinyl cutting.
